The festival for transcultural music at the river Spree // National and international artists of the contemporary art scene come together for the third edition of the festival in Berlin.

On November 26 and 27, the PANTOPIA FESTIVAL Vol. 03 – New Remembering will once again bring this special cultural quarter in the southeast of Berlin to life: this time, the focus will be on the concept of commemoration and remembrance. The Marc Sinan Company dedicates its concert HUMAN COMMODITY to the topic of forced labor during the Nazi era and thus provides insights into the unusual reappraisal of an almost forgotten part of Berlin’s history. The accompanying app was developed in collaboration with the Documentation Center Nazi Forced Labor and the Konzerthaus Orchester and released in September of this year. Kaffe Matthews presents the Sonic Bike Opera WARE MENSCH, which was also created in this context, in which she sends participants on a 45-minute bike tour through Schöneweide to Treptow. The ensemble s c o p e moves between reality and virtuality with a complex performative concert in the SPREEHALLE Berlin and takes you into futuristic and music-theatrical spheres with GL;TCH, while solo pianist Magdalena Cerezo and the strings of the Oriel Quartet define contemplative moments of the festival weekend.
