From the large number of musical highlights of its 25-year history, the Kairos Quartet with the “house gods” has put together a small selection of the most frequently played pieces and those most popular with the public.
These are compositions by Isabel Mundry, Julio Estrada, Giacinto Scelsi and Giorgio Netti. The latter is traveling to the concert from Italy and can be seen in conversation with Simone Heiligendorff.
In its anniversary season, the Kairos Quartet was inspired by mythological figures and curated the programs of OPUS:25. With guest artists and different concert forms and formats, the Kairos Quartet breaks new ground in the reception of contemporary music.
