“REFLUX – Festival for Contemporary Electroacoustic Music” presents three different artists & composers from almost all continents on each of 9 evenings in September, October and December 2022. REFLUX is the international continuation of “FLUX FESTIVAL – Electroacoustic Music from Berlin” which took place in 2018 on seven evenings with a total of 28 positions at Spektrum Neukölln. On each of these evenings, a classic is presented alongside two contemporary positions. The program will be adapted to the acoustic and spatial characteristics of each location or composed especially for these locations. The invited musicians each have an individual sound and formal language and are heard rather rarely in Berlin.

REFLUX asked all artists for conceptual proposals, so the program will be a balanced mix of composition commissions/premieres, existing works and rarely heard classics. The evening at the Spreehalle will feature Rie Nakajima, Josef Anton Riedl and Francisco López.
